- Would they be more likely to carry backpacks around school or just be carrying their books?

Tortwag's Answers: DEFNITELY BACKPACKS. Either that or shoulder bags, but yeah, many live quite far from Highschool, and you dont carry random books during the entire trip, due to it being severely unpractical.I kinda ment more like what Feltrix said, like I know my old school has a thing where you can't carry your backpacks around the school, only books and stuff In my case, all the school's I've been in allow you to carry your backpack around, which is why my answer was this one. Then the backpack can be left in classrooms or whichever one will be next, but yeah, it was mostly backpacks more than lockers. They were still there, just not used by most people, it seems. (It may be because most schools I've been to were indeed pretty large.)

Feltrix: I always go back to my locker when I need books, but that's mostly due to convenient class/locker placement, the fact that most of my books are left in the classroom at my school, and the fact that my school is tiny both in population (roughtly 250 students) and size. This habbit might change if the school was as large as Huntsvilles, but it's something to consider.

Lael: Haha, definitely backpacks. At my school, for the most part, the lockers are just hall decorations. xD

I go for my backpack! I swing by my locker when possible, but, like with Feltrix, it's mainly because of where the classes are. My locker's on the first floor, so I'll probably carry my second floor classes' stuff with me around school.

- Who out of the group would be the most likely to be talking to Alexa the most? (so like leading the conversation kinda)

T: Nico Ringo - because she's basically the least likely to have problems talking to strangers and get her point across.

Feltrix: I can only speak for my own character, but NOT ERIN. They tend to be fairly distrustful and antisocial towards people they don't know.

Lael: If you mean the original friend group, I can't say, but I know Jenna will try to talk to Alexa because Texas buddies! Jenna isn't the most outgoing, but when she sees someone she likes or wants to befriend, she'll do her best!

- I know that there is really only like 4 minutes between classes, so when would they be able to talk? I know you guys mentioned a 'study hall' at one point but I don't actually know what that is xD

T: Well no, depending on the highschool, some pauses can last from 5 to 15 mins. So yes, they would have time to talk.People also usually go overtime, including the teachers, but you can safely assume that at least ten minutes would be enough to setup a talk.

Feltrix: Study Hall is a time set aside for students to work on homework and work that they're behind on with their teachers. That would generally be the time I'd talk to people, but lunch, breakfast, or homeroom would also work. My school has an eight minute break midway through the day, but I'm not sure how common that is.

Lael: At my school, there's only a 5 minute passing period between periods to get to class, but people manage to get in conversations then, despite the time being somewhat strict. Plus, some people don't care if they get to class late. Also, there's always lunch, which I would say is the #1 time to talk, besides before school - that is, if Alexa doesn't always arrive almost late to school. :) My high school got rid of study hall before I was a freshman, but I know that all people did in there was study, do homework, and fool around.

Study halls, before school starts and lunch are great times to talk! My school also has a period of fifteen minutes between our first and second classes of the day, so they could talk then as well.

- What kind of classes whould there be? Like I know it probably wouldn't be 'Social Studies' and instead be more specific; so like 'World History' or something.

T: Languages (Spanish, French, English, Other), practical sciences (Math, Biology, Chemistry), History, and Sports. Oh, and then specialized classes depending on a pupil's option. So, like, if I took a Latin specialization, I'm going there, but if you took, I dunno, Chinese instead, then you're gonna learn the basics of Mandarin.

Feltrix: To add on to what Tortwag said, as far as the core classes go, Social Studies branches into Government, US History (and AP US History), and World History. ELA has Englishes 9, 10, and 11 (I don't honestly know if we have English 12), as well as Journalism and a few other variants. For Math, we have Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Statistics, Trigonometry, and Calculus. No single student would take all of these classes. For Science, we have Physical Science, (AP) Biology, Chemistry I and II, and Physics I and II. There are also electives including Art I and II, Photography, Shop, etc. ← Oh yeah, darn, I forgot about Art. Very much a thing - and I think Music, too, but maybe that depends on the school. (There would be clubs, too)

Lael: To add to the social studies courses, there is also AP Human Geography, World Geography, Economics, Psychology, and Sociology, just to name the ones off the top of my head. Basically, in any class that is core academics at my school, which includes the listed above by Tortwag and Feltrix, there is an AP option if it isn't a freshman class. Also, for Fine Arts, there is orchestra, band, theatre, choir, as well as art, and Music Theory and Music History, I think. Oh, and AP Calculus can be either AB or BC, out of which BC is harder because it's a whole year of college calculus. For sports, there is football, soccer, swimming, tennis, volleyball, golf, cheerleading, Dance, and Color Guard, as well as regular PE. And there are also health and speech classes. Oh, and as one more random, there is a floral design class.

My school has different for our classes, as well! Our higher level ones are honors classes. CP (college prep) is the middle difficulty, and general is the easiest.

- I'm assuming Alexa would be coming with the group to recruit the others, correct?

T: yes, or at least that's the plan, based on the other WFP. So you'd have to make it realistic for her, but I'd say it's doable. Nico Ringo's a rational gal, despite her eccentricities, and Ashwin could act s backup to be about as rational, minus the "intimidation factor." (So basically make Ashwin and Nico Ringo talk, as the 2 others don't have the tendencies to do so with strangers)

oops I need to go to bio now but I still have questions that I can't remeber rn xD

That's fine, m'dear! Make sure you ask any other questions you have on Discord - either via Direct/Private Messages to me, or to the everyone else that answers you here. Enjoy your day! Will do!

Thanks, this helps a lot :)

Ya welcome, m'dear! Good luck with the post, then :3
